The revision was completed at the end of October 2024, inviting nearly 20 reviewers, but only one reviewer agreed to review it. They made three superficial suggestions, but after making the modifications, the entire paper was still not up to standard. I ended up making significant improvements on my own and resubmitted it for revision on October 28th. The reviewers decided on November 3rd, and it seems that only one reviewer accepted it.
