Agreed, although my paper was eventually accepted, the whole process was very bizarre. The first review took about 4 months, which was fine, but after making minor revisions and resubmitting, I waited for 3 months only to suddenly be rejected without any feedback or email. I sent multiple emails through the system and directly to the editor, but received no response. After some time, I noticed that the status of my manuscript had changed to "rebuttal", but there were no comments provided for me to rebut. I sent more emails, but still no response. I waited another 4 months, totaling a year. I emailed again, but received no reply. Finally, I found the managing editor's name on the journal's website, searched for her email, and reached out. She was helpful and informed me that my paper had actually been accepted, but the copyediting process would not begin until February of next year, and authors are only informed at that stage. I will not submit to this journal again. The editor is very irresponsible and the low impact factor is not without reason.

It was rejected after a moderate revision decision was made, with a totally nonsensical reason...there is no experience worse than this.

The first encounter with this bizarre journal, after major and minor revisions, the paper was rejected because the font settings did not meet its requirements. The key issue is that the submission guidelines of its submission system can never be opened, and the emails sent to the editorial department will never be replied to, wasting a year of time.
