A paper written by a graduate student using machine translation was of poor quality, but the editor patiently reviewed it, provided major and minor revisions, and surprisingly accepted it for publication six months later. 2011-07-06 10:39:00 評論於 I thought my manuscript was quite good and later results confirmed this. The review speed was about 3 months. All three reviewers all asked for revisions, which I made, but the editor still rejected the paper. The reason given was that two of the reviewers mentioned that similar work has been published and that there was an article we did not cite. I was very disappointed and feel I have to complain. Now I finally understand how their review process affects their impact factor. (3) 讚！ | 匿名 |
