The process was very fast. I submitted the manuscript in early August, revised the format and submitted it on August 15th. I received the reviewers' comments in early September, with three reviewers suggesting one major revision and two minor revisions. I was given one week to make the revisions and replied to each reviewer. I submitted the revised manuscript in mid-September and received a confirmation of acceptance on October 8th. However, I was disappointed to learn that I would have to pay page charges. I didn't carefully read the submission guidelines before and thought that subscribing would be free. It turned out that I would have to pay $1690 for open access for 6 months, or $3650 for gold open access. I feel like it's not worth it.
