The journal is going downhill, very bad. Submissions are not reviewed, and even if they are, the editorial team does not accept the reviewers' comments. The chief editor procrastinates in handling the reviews, delaying the process from June to November, a total of over five months. The feedback from the reviewers is actually good, but the chief editor rejects the submission directly, causing unnecessary delay. Those who wish to submit should consider carefully, as I can understand if it is a top-tier journal, but I really cannot understand this journal.
