This journal is really slow, it has been over a week since I submitted to the journal.

After submitting the manuscript, it took more than a month for the initial review. After being sent for review, 5 reviewers were invited, 2 agreed to review, and both submitted their reviews. However, the system did not display the RRC status, and the editor did not take further action. It has been stuck for over a month now.

Submitted in August of 24, accepted in July of 25. 
Went through 3 rounds of revisions. 
Was top in District 1 when submitted, now in a lower district, just hoping to pass.

I did not go through a second review, as my first submission was rejected. However, I believe all feedback can be addressed, so I made revisions and resubmitted, explaining in the cover letter. Then, my resubmission was rejected again by a new reviewer, and I feel like it still does not meet the standards of IJPE.

Both of my submissions have been with the editor for over ten days. People around me who have been desk rejected were rejected relatively quickly. You have a good chance of getting your submission accepted for review.

This paper was rejected after two external reviews by IJPE, but finally accepted by CIE. However, it was somewhat lucky to be accepted. Hopefully CIE will continue to improve and return to the top tier next year!

I'm really fed up, two reviewers, one minor revision, one rejection. The reviewer for the minor revision was particularly positive, giving the feeling that they wanted to accept it directly. The rejection was completely off-base, didn't even read the article properly and just rejected it with pure malice. I even suspect there may be a conflict of interest with them.

The editor too, should have known at a glance that reviewer two was talking nonsense. In this situation, I don't know why they didn't invite a third reviewer. When encountering such neurotic reviewers, one can only consider themselves unlucky.
