The reviewer who recommended major revisions was very satisfied with the paper but still gave an "accept with minor revision" decision, pointing out a couple of insignificant formatting issues. A new reviewer has been assigned to review the major revisions.

The editor decided to reject the paper, stating that "there is still no reviewer willing to accept the paper in the second round," which is a bit frustrating.
