It's really slow, I submitted on January 28th and haven't heard anything yet. Did your "with editor" date change at all in between? I included the recommended reviewers in my cover letter.

The official website says the average review time is 5 days, but it's been over ten days and there has been no progress, it's too slow. Also, does this journal not have a requirement for recommended reviewers?
