Recently, I have been continuously taking on multiple paper review tasks for this journal, and I have some feelings about it. Therefore, I would like to briefly express my views.

Some of the responsible editors have shown obvious irresponsibility in handling manuscripts. The high number of review requests they assign within a week raises questions about the effectiveness of their screening mechanism. I accepted each review invitation with the expectation of learning new knowledge and understanding the latest research trends, but I have been repeatedly disappointed during the actual review process. Regardless of whether the authors come from well-known universities or ordinary institutions, these manuscripts often fail to meet the corresponding standards in terms of innovation and writing quality, even falling short of reaching the level of a Q4 journal. I believe that papers accepted by journals of this caliber typically exhibit outstanding advantages in research innovation or writing expression. However, the manuscripts I have reviewed so far have poor writing quality and lack innovation, appearing more suitable for Q4 journals in terms of academic standards. The fact that such manuscripts can enter the peer review process reflects the editors' extremely hasty attitude in the initial screening process, essentially using the "unpaid labor" of reviewers to help themselves filter out extremely poor papers. Many authors only carefully craft the abstract to make it appear close to cutting-edge research content, while the main body is often difficult to read (due to images, language, tables, etc.).

For these manuscripts, I have given a strong rejection conclusion and provided harsh review comments, while also clearly pointing out the responsibilities of the editor, first author, and corresponding author. Submitting such papers for review undoubtedly represents a serious waste of valuable academic resources.
