After that, there was no further communication.

The review comments came back at the end of February 2025, with two reviewers suggesting major revisions but overall good modifications. The revised version was resubmitted on March 5th and was marked as "under review" on March 9th. However, since then, the status has not changed and it is still the same as of May 23rd. It's taking too long.
