I initially thought it was a rejection, but it turned out to be two sets of reviewer comments requiring major revisions. After adding supplementary literature, expanding the content, and making modifications, I resubmitted the revised manuscript, expecting good news soon. However, it has been over half a month now and it still shows "With Editor"... it's truly been a rollercoaster ride. 2017-10-26 10:57:45 評論於 CRAC is a decent journal; the impact factor has risen in recent years. The reviewers’ comments are always pertinent, thorough and professional. The review cycle has become faster; it is typical that the first round of revisions are received around one month after submission.
