There must be a problem with this magazine internally, based on our previous submission experiences:

The first article was sent for external review and revisions were quickly made, and it was accepted in about a month, leaving a good impression.

The second article was sent for external review quickly, and came back with three opinions. One was completely off base, clearly indicating that the editor had attached the wrong feedback to the article. The second opinion was nonsensical, claiming things that were clearly stated in the article were not. The third opinion was even more bizarre, clearly indicating it was AI reviewing the article, and not a very advanced AI at that, as the feedback provided was nonsensical. We patiently replied and advised the editor to be cautious of this AI feedback. Unfortunately, the editor promptly rejected the submission based on that AI reviewer's feedback, claiming it was not revised according to the feedback given. This incident reflects poorly on the irresponsibility of the editors of this magazine. Complaints were made to the editor-in-chief and the publishing house, but received no response.

The third article was submitted by a graduate student in a rush to graduate, and with a sense of luck, submitted to this magazine, which had already been blacklisted by their research group. It turned out to be an even deeper trap. The submission was pending with the editor for 3 months, despite reminders sent twice. The responses were quick but the status remained unchanged, and no rejection was received. Finally, we could not bear it any longer and withdrew the submission ourselves.

This magazine receives many submissions and assigns dozens of reviewers at once, which may lead to quick reviews but may also result in low quality reviews. Especially when dealing with nonsensical feedback, it can be very time-consuming, so it is strongly recommended to avoid falling into this trap!

Submit on April 7th, receive first review comments one week later, complete second review within five days after submission, and accept on April 27th, all within less than a month.

Overall, the efficiency was very high. More than 30 reviewers were contacted for external review, with feedback from 3 reviewers. After revisions, only one more round of feedback was needed before acceptance of the manuscript.

The first trial was reviewed by two reviewers and required major revisions, which were completed within 15 days. However, after one week, both reviewers disappeared. The editor took over and accepted the manuscript on the same day. It is a very reputable journal with strong credentials, outstanding speed, and a smooth submission process.

I submitted on July 26th, and the whole process was very fast. If it takes two months, you can follow up to push for the manuscript. I previously submitted to an Elsevier journal and the external review took a long time. I contacted Elsevier's customer service to help me push the editor, and a few days later it was decided.
