Rescue Journal, incredibly fast, catching up with the tail end of my graduation. Although the external review was sent at the last minute, it still counts as a winding graduation. Thanks to this journal, I can avoid delaying my graduation. I don't know why it is listed as a third-tier journal on WOS, while it is considered a fourth-tier journal here.
