I submitted the article and received a formatting revision after 2 days, but the editorial team rejected it after another 2 days, stating in the email that they receive a large number of submissions and only accept 15-20%, and they considered my article "no competitive" ?... Maybe complications in ophthalmology are not considered highly impactful content. However, they were quick and responsible in their response.
