All three reviewers reviewed quickly and gave constructive feedback, requesting major revisions. The main focus was on theoretical framework, theoretical contribution, research methods, and clarifying some expressions, not too difficult to change.

Then the bombshell came! Reviewers 1 and 3 said the revisions were good, but Reviewer 2 said that not much had changed according to his suggestions, stating that the author was "not faithful." Later, it was discovered that due to the system update, his comments were not fully delivered to me! ?

This kind of practice, in my impression, seems like only Chinese editors would do. I wonder who is behind this. I don't feel respected at all! Even a little feedback on my article would be good.
