Recently the speed is simply terrifying. Submitted on March 25th, it was reviewed the next day. Received two review comments on April 7th and returned the revised version on the same day. It took a long time to supplement the BET of 8 samples. Uploaded the revised manuscript at 11 am on May 8th, and it was reviewed on the same day. The acceptance was received at 9 pm. Thanks to Professor Zhou from Nankai University.

So slow, submitted in early June, it's been two full months and still under review. The first reviewer finished in three days, but the second reviewer took a month to find and another month to review. Too slow.

The editor is very nice. Although the journal has moved from tier two to tier three in some categories, it does not affect the fact that this is a very good journal. It may just be lagging behind in operation compared to the materials series of journals. But as the saying goes, "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step", I believe this journal will continue to be excellent. One word, fast. It only took 40 days from submission to online publication, and even with a delay of about two weeks in replying to reviewer comments due to being too busy.
