A manuscript was submitted on 12 August 2025. From 14 August, it is showing "decision pending". I was suspecting that it will be rejected since it is too fast, which shows decision pending. But if it is already decided as a desk reject then from 14 August morning to today 17 August still decision pending. What does it actually mean?
Please anyone help me.

After the first review, there will be a major revision 11 months later. Following the second review, there will be minor revisions 10 days after the manuscript is returned for revision. After the third review, the manuscript will be accepted 10 days after being returned for revision. Including the time for revisions, the whole process will take a little over a year.
