The reason is: after two months from submission, not enough of the required three reviewers completed the review. Therefore, the paper was rejected due to insufficient reviewers. One of the three completed reviewers did not provide comments, so only two valid opinions were available. The opinions of the two reviewers were positive, but the editor agreed with their rejection decision, despite the positive feedback.

It is regrettable to be rejected for the first time due to not having enough reviewers. I am confident that the quality of the article meets the requirements of the journal, but it is disappointing to be rejected for such a strange reason.
