My situation is similar to yours. The reviewers invited by the editor for the first round of review all declined, and now it's been 40 days and the editor has not invited new reviewers.

Both reviewers for the second round review have exceeded the time limit. 
Reviewer 9.8 RRC and reviewer 9.10 DIP provided minor revisions in approximately two hours, with no further comments. The editor-in-chief made some detailed suggestions. Sincere thanks to the editor-in-chief Dong for being very efficient and responsible.
