The manuscript was submitted on June 13, underwent major revisions on July 2, resubmitted on July 25, underwent minor revisions in the second review on August 28, resubmitted on September 9, and finally accepted on September 17. The first review involved five reviewers and an associate editor who raised a lot of questions, resulting in a 21-page rebuttal letter which was deemed very professional. The review process was also very fast, with the second review taking just over a month, possibly due to coinciding with the European summer holiday period. Overall, the journal ERJ, where the manuscript was accepted, is highly recommended and provides ample support. Open Research, the new journal, shows promising potential for future development.

I feel that it is also a pretty good magazine, and the fee is not expensive either. The articles are mainly from some experts in China, and the classification by the Chinese Academy of Sciences is really rubbish.

Submitted a review on November 16, 2022.
Received reviewer comments after 2 weeks. Both reviewers were very kind and gave minor revisions.
After revising the manuscript, it was accepted on December 19th, one week later.
However, I am surprised that it was categorized as 4th tier, possibly because it is the first time being included in the Chinese Academy of Sciences' division. Very frustrating.
