The reason given was that there was not enough data for three years, but I only had data for two years. However, I have seen many articles published by EJA that also only have two years of data. The submission was made in September 2024, and it went through two major revisions. The second revision unexpectedly delayed for 6 months, and there has been no progress in the editing process since then. The third revision was accepted with moderate revisions on July 25 this year. I worked overtime for 3 days to make the revisions, but up to now, it is still with the editor. I have followed up twice, but there has been no response for two weeks. I am prepared to continue following up until I receive a response from the editor, but I am starting to feel indifferent. I have experienced slow responses before, but this is the first time I have waited close to a year for a submission. I can only hope for the best and have no words for the journal's editors.

Submission on 5.3, sent for review a week later. 
Initially two reviewers, one finished quickly, the other disappeared. 
New reviewers invited on 6.27. 
Revisions on 7.6. 
Revised version submitted on 7.19. 
Accepted on 7.22. 
Overall, the process was quite fast, with the delay mainly caused by the second reviewer disappearing. The editor was responsible and promptly invited new reviewers. The feedback from the two reviewers was detailed, and overall it was a good submission experience.

My situation is that two reviewers gave comments in one month and the manuscript was rejected. However, the editor sent it for re-review with additional reviewers. Currently, all three reviewers have responded and the manuscript has been transferred to DIP. Is it normal for DIP to take 3 days? Generally speaking, is it good news for RRC to be transferred to DIP?
