Submitted for 8 months, with feedback taking at least 3 months each time. The reviewers' feedback was always minor revisions, and ultimately, the article was rejected by the editor for being too similar to a previously published article. It's puzzling why they didn't reject it earlier if they thought it was similar to a previous publication. It wasted a lot of time and energy for everyone involved. For journals managed by China, it is recommended to be cautious when submitting. You can be rejected for any reason.

The manuscript was revised twice, with a review period of one to two months each time. The second round of revisions was completed in five days, followed by a prolonged period of waiting for the editorial decision. After a month and a half, a reminder was sent through the Elsevier customer service, but the manuscript was eventually rejected after a full two months. It's frustrating to see our domestic journals in such disarray from July 24 to January 25.
