2026-02-13 20:02:22 評論於 The review process of others' papers seems to be quite fast, but it depends on whether the editor is responsible for the review process. My paper was accepted after minor revisions, taking a total of 6 months. One month after submission, the first reviewer completed the review, but the second reviewer did not provide feedback. After waiting for 4 months, the editor finally invited another reviewer, who replied with feedback after about two weeks, leading to minor revisions. It took another half month to submit the revised manuscript. The frustrating part was that it seemed like this journal only conducted technical reviews on Sundays (please take note when submitting). The paper was submitted on a Tuesday, went "with editor" the following Sunday, "under review" the next Sunday, and the review was completed on Monday. After the review was completed, it took the editor 18 days to process the minor revisions and finally accept the paper. Even though the reviewer provided feedback in one day, it still took almost a month to reach a decision. Both the reviewer and editor caused delays. After checking, it turns out that this person is an editor for several journals. If you don't have time to be an editor, then don't accept the role. And if you do, please be responsible. I hope you don't encounter such an editor. |

The revised version was submitted at six o'clock in the afternoon on June 19 and accepted at nine-thirty in the evening. The one handling my manuscript is Professor Yeonhwa Park, Associate Editor, who is very fast and kind, providing many constructive suggestions to improve the quality of the article. |
