After receiving the review report for the second review, it took a few days to get the result. I submitted the revised version on June 2nd, and the reviewer finished reading it on June 4th. It is now June 9th and the decision is still pending on the editing side.

2026.4.7- Received rejection notice. Editor only received comments from reviewer 4, stating that the manuscript still did not meet the data evaluation standards and was not recommended for publication.
2026.4.9- Appeal submitted, explaining detailed revisions made in response to reviewer 4's comments.
2026.4.11- Editor replied that the appeal had been forwarded to the associate editor for further consideration, and later found that the rejection decision had been revoked in the system.
2026.5.19- Accepted temporarily. Editor found another reviewer who suggested acceptance.

I suspect that the editor of this journal is inexperienced. I was planning to submit my paper to a second-tier journal, hoping to graduate soon and then submit to this journal. My paper's quality exceeds that of last year's CVPR paper, but they still rejected it. It's just ridiculous.
