Submitted on May 21, reviewed on May 29, 700, it has been two months now and no one has accepted the submission. The editor has not processed it and has not invited new reviewers. Sent two reminders but received no response. Contacted the customer service of ESVIER, they said the official website's review process is 5 months, so it is still within the normal timeframe. This is too slow and irresponsible.
