What you are talking about should be Applied Sciences-Basel. Applied Sciences commonly refers to this, and I suggest you confirm with a supervisor from Applied Sciences-Basel. The foreign supervisors are quite nice. If you encounter a supervisor in China who only submits to top journals, you will have a hard time.
