One of them rejected the paper, but the associate editor asked me to revise and resubmit. I made all the revisions as requested and resubmitted, but it was rejected again after review. Two reviewers had positive comments while the one who rejected the paper said there was no innovation in the research and that there were flaws that could not be fixed, without specifying what those flaws were. The other reviewers praised the work and said it was innovative. After 6 months, my paper was rejected and the editor did not respond to my arguments. When I tried to resubmit after making further revisions, I was told that it was not allowed to resubmit after rejection. I have noticed that many published articles are of average quality. It's really frustrating!
