It has been in the status of “submitted” for ten months, and I sent an email to ask the editorial office but they didn’t respond to me. The annual article volume was very small, dozens of papers a year. I have to wonder whether it is a game of a small circle of people. A manuscript that an outsider submits will never be responded to.
