Submitted on October 7, 2025, and as of today, April 17, nearly 7 months have passed, the status has been under review all this time. Four reminder emails have been sent by the system, but there has been no response. Currently, only one reviewer has completed the review, while the other two invited reviewers have not completed their reviews in three months. It was only after contacting Elsevier Asia customer service that it was discovered that the emails written within the submission system were not being received by the editorial department. Immediate withdrawal of the submission is now necessary! It is unknown how much academic and graduation progress has been delayed over the past six months!

May 6th: 5 invitations sent, 1 reviewer accepted: under review
May 27th: First review returned, sent more invitations, 5 experts, 1 accepted: under review
Until today, August 7th: Still under review

The review process for this journal is a bit slow, it has been over two months for the second reviewer. In addition, emails have not been replied to. There are only two email templates for ad hoc mail. It feels like a message in a bottle... T_T.
