However, I couldn't work in February and didn't submit the revisions until May 1st (ashamed). I requested two deadline extensions during this period, and the editorial team responded quickly and approved them. After submission, it immediately entered the "under review" status. Therefore, I don't think "under review" necessarily means it has been sent for review. I also didn't receive any email notifications when it was sent for review.

The new system submission has been updated. Submitted on July 24th, it was under review the same day. On November 4th, an email was sent to the editorial department to inquire about the progress of the review. On November 6th, feedback was received from two reviewers, requesting major revisions. Revised on December 1st. On December 3rd, it was accepted with requested updates. Hope this is helpful for everyone.
