The paper was submitted on August 5th and received major revisions on August 25th. There were four reviewers (three minor revisions and one major revision) who were very professional, and the first round of reviews was done quite quickly. The revised manuscript was resubmitted on September 9th and finally accepted on October 10th (the second round of reviews took longer). The publication fee was $3200. Overall, there is a high demand for innovation in the work.

Reviewer delayed malicious review for 40 days, even looked at the pictures without reading the article (all the comments are wrong). The editor turned a blind eye to this and gave a rejection without a clear attitude in a minor revision. The reviewers of this journal are amateurs, and the editor is irresponsible. Please seek another journal if there is an alternative choice
