The paper was submitted on August 5th and received major revisions on August 25th. There were four reviewers (three minor revisions and one major revision) who were very professional, and the first round of reviews was done quite quickly. The revised manuscript was resubmitted on September 9th and finally accepted on October 10th (the second round of reviews took longer). The publication fee was $3200. Overall, there is a high demand for innovation in the work.
