I am as well. It has been 18 days since my manuscript was sent back for revisions. Currently, it is still in the "awaiting reviewer assignment" status for over two weeks. There is only one reviewer left with four minor issues to address. I don't know why it is taking so long.

I started investing in November 24th and now it's May 22nd of the 25th year. It's been over seven months. The first time was rejected and resubmitted, the second time was given minor revisions, each time the under review period was over a month. Now the minor revisions have been sent for external review for over 40 days. Currently, it has been in the "Awaiting decision" stage for ten days. I don't know why it's taking so long. I see others getting accepted in about three days. The AE is a British person, damn slow AE. I urged them yesterday, they haven't even opened my email. Graduation is coming, damn it.

Due to various holidays, the manuscript was under review for 5 months without any response
Contacted the staff on 10-Mar-2025 with an anxious heart (specifically on a workday)
The next day, the editorial assistant for the journal replied, indicating that they would contact the editor to expedite the review
On 13-Mar-2025, the status of the paper changed, and it was subsequently under review again
Acceptance on 16-Mar-2025 ???

Overall, the response time was fast. I probably forgot about the second review...
