Avoid this shitty journal. It's been over three months since the first review and there has been no response. I sent a very friendly email in the old system to inquire about the status, but the next day a stupid Indian editor directly rejected it. The key is that there are already two reviewers' opinions, one suggesting minor revisions and the other suggesting rejection and resubmission (this journal does not allow major revisions). It's really outrageous.
