If there is a problem, it should be the issue with WOS retrieval or the warning from the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Just a while ago in July, WOS had just indexed the first issue, so there should not be any issue with the indexing. I had recently confirmed the proofreading, so there should not be any problem with the IEEE publication process either.
