The submission took 67 days to receive feedback. Two days before receiving the feedback, I sent an email to the editor to inquire about the progress. Why did I take the initiative to ask? Because the status on the official website had been "Under Review" since the day of submission, and it had been two months. 
The result: rejection, but can be resubmitted. This means that you can make revisions based on the reviewer's comments and submit a new manuscript, clearly indicating the changes made and including a point-by-point response to the reviewer's comments. 
The feedback was all very critical and difficult to address. 
Of course, this result also means that you can submit to a different journal. It's your choice.
