Does anyone know what it means when the new system has been "Under Review" for a month without being sent for external review? Looking at the old system, it's absurd - first it's "Under Review", then "AE assigned", then back to "UR", then "AE" again, and now it's constantly "UR". I can't tell if it has reached the external review stage or if it's still in the hands of the AE.
