This kind of AE simply doesn't want your submission. Such AEs are the most disgusting, finding a familiar reviewer, writing the review comments themselves, and then passing it off to you.

The experience was very poor, proceed with caution.
In the first round of review, there were 3 reviewers, and overall the opinions were good, with 2 major revisions and 1 minor revision. The paper was rejected for resubmission by the editor.
In the second round of review, an additional reviewer was added. 2 reviewers were satisfied with the revisions, 1 reviewer suggested minor revisions, and the new reviewer who was not from this field gave completely inappropriate and incorrect opinions, strongly recommending rejection. The paper was rejected by the editor.
Timeline: feedback was received in 2 months after the first round, and 6 months after the second round (the associate editor for the second round of review delayed giving feedback from December of the previous year until now).

The first draft was completed in 2022, but it was not accepted by TII until 2025. Let me tell you about my tortuous journey.

In May 2022, I finished the first draft and submitted it to TII.

In November 2022, it was rejected by TII, and the review process took a full six months.

In December 2022, I resubmitted it, feeling very indignant. Since the rejection comments were not very sharp, I decided to give it another shot with TII.

In May 2023, it was rejected again with the request for resubmission.

In September 2024, after making minor revisions, the review process took more than a year. I was truly exasperated.

In April 2025, it was finally accepted! If we count from December 2022, this article went through a review process for two and a half years, which was too slow!!! Fortunately, the final result was good, but it was a bittersweet journey. T.T
