On July 24th, the paper was accepted with only two reviewers' comments, both of which were acceptance. There was also an acceptance from one editor. In the end, I still don't know whether the paper was sent for minor revisions to the two reviewers, or if the editor decided to accept it after the third reviewer failed to submit their review.
