The paper was transferred from the ICEMS conference, and the opinions of the four experts were good. After the first round of major revisions and a second round of minor revisions from the Associate Editor (AE) but major revisions from the Editor-in-Chief (EIC), the paper was accepted for publication within one day. The process was very fast.

The manuscripts were submitted in mid-October, and the first review comments were received in early December. In less than two months, some received comments after two and a half months, while others after one and a half months. 
The revised manuscripts were submitted in early January of the following year, and after the Chinese New Year break, acceptance notifications were received in mid-February, taking about a month and a half. 
Overall, the acceptance difficulty is considered acceptable. Most of the manuscripts submitted by peers have received first review comments and have not been directly rejected, but experimental data is required.

After the ECCE conference, I submitted my paper for publication, and the process was a bit convoluted. I had to request the submission link twice before it was finally accepted.

Do I have to attend the conference first before being invited to submit a journal paper?

At the beginning, the meeting offered a chance to switch, and I took the easy way out and invested in this thing. It's really hard to evaluate, if you can't understand the paper, it's fine, but asking some questions makes it hard to understand, a consultant explained it to you three times and still said you didn't understand, after 9 months I was rejected, I really want to swear. The processing speed started at two months per round, and I really don't recommend it
