From the feedback received, all three reviews were positive, but still couldn't get accepted in TMAG.
I won't be submitting to this conference again, attended in 2018, 2020, and 2026, and none of my papers were successfully accepted in TMAG. Looking back at the junk published in TMAG, I really don't know what to say.

April 15, 2026. First review returned, with comments from two reviewers. Many revisions are needed, especially from the first reviewer who provided sharp criticisms. The revised paper will be published in the conference proceedings, not in the TMAG journal.
