In terms of medical image registration, there are two reviewers in total, one of whom is clearly an AI reviewer, finding fault in every detail. What's ridiculous is that they even copied my abstract incorrectly. The other reviewer is a layman, difficult to comment on. The editor-in-chief didn't say anything and just rejected it.
