The review system and editors of this journal are very poor. It took 8 months to receive the results of the first round of submission, and after revising and resubmitting, it took nearly a year and a half to receive a decision. During this time, the review system was completely opaque with no progress updates. An article that was submitted a year and a half ago had its sota (state-of-the-art) research become outdated, and the reviewers used this as a reason for rejection. I do not recommend submitting to this journal. It is better to submit to conferences in the field of computer science. Dealing with such journals that are only interested in relationships and connections, you have no chance of getting accepted, as they will deliberately delay the review process.
