24 years ago everything happened quickly. If you are eager to graduate, you should withdraw the manuscript and submit it to other journals. It takes over 2 months for the initial review, and if it is rejected during the initial review, it would be a waste of over 2 months. If the initial review is successful, it will then be sent for external review, which will take several more months.
