It's really not easy to do a TSP every time, it's too torturous, and the evaluation of domestic universities is unfair. TSP reviewers need to face their own problems. This journal is becoming more and more niche, run by theoretical guys who claim to be high-minded. If an article is novel enough and solid, it can pass. There is no need to nitpick and make you present a bunch of theorems. Why not go to TIT and JSAIT with so many theorems.

Stuck in the "submitted" stage for two weeks, there are two possible situations below: 1) All authors need to confirm their ORCID IDs; 2) No prescreening email notification, directly into peer review. 
Which statement is correct or are there other situations? Could you please provide some insights?
