Unified reply: If the status in the One system shows "Ur," it means it is in external review; if it is in second review or later, it is in the hands of the chief editor and has not been sent out. Only after it is WithAE will it be sent out and in the hands of the reviewer.

Submitted in February.
Rejection at the speed of light on April 10th.

Key points:
One of the three reviewers left their section completely blank.
The second reviewer only wrote a few simple explanatory questions (clearly did not read the article).
The third reviewer wrote, "A major revision is required."

The final decision was rejection, and I have already sent an appeal email.

The revision letter, combined, is not as long as a single reviewer comment from another journal. No additional files were requested, just a straight rejection.

It's outrageous, I wonder if anyone else has had a similar experience.

Here is a piece of advice for everyone: if your first review takes three months, then the second review will likely take 10 to 20 days less than three months. This pattern continues for subsequent reviews. Currently, it seems that everyone's time frame is following this pattern.
