Second trial, same situation, seeking for an answer.

In the first round of resubmission, there were a total of about 20 comments from two reviewers and the editor, including two difficult questions. Initially, I was considering giving up, but eventually managed to resolve the issues. However, this exceeded the resubmission deadline. Upon checking the submission system, I found that I could still upload revised manuscripts, so I resubmitted them in the system. Fortunately, the editor processed them. Due to the long interval, it seems that new reviewers were assigned for the second round of review. One reviewer affirmed the work in the manuscript and made only a minor suggestion, while the other reviewer raised some questions that were relatively easy to explain and address. However, the manuscript was ultimately rejected, with a prohibition on resubmission within six months. If the previous reviewers were involved, the chances of acceptance might have been higher. I will continue to strive for improvement! The submission status records are as follows:
