If you are eager to graduate, I do not recommend submitting to this journal, as in general, receiving results within six months is considered fast. Getting results within one or two months is really rare. I have been waiting for a year and my submission is still pending.

The peer review process is extremely strict, even stricter than the 2nd tier journal I submitted to. One reviewer gave me 18 comments, requesting the use of the most advanced algorithms. If it were a 1st tier journal, I wouldn't have anything to say, but it's mainly a 4th tier non-OA journal, isn't that a bit excessive?
