The speed is really slow. I submitted on July 16th, and now it's August 31st and there's still no progress. The status just shows "Under Review" as soon as I submit, so I have no idea what step it's at. I don't even know if it's been rejected.

The overall process took over 4 months, which also meets the requirements of the official website. Personally, I feel that the speed of the journal's review process depends on the individual editor. If the editor likes your submission, they will quickly send it for review and actively help you find reviewers. For my first submission, I received revision comments in less than two weeks. I was amazed. 
The two editors I recently encountered were very nice and took the manuscripts seriously. However, the review process may take longer depending on the research topic. It seems that finding reviewers is difficult as many experts are unwilling to serve as reviewers. It appears that the issue of "the rich get richer" remains a challenge, especially in places with a high concentration of Chinese researchers.
