I submitted the article in March, and the editor gave some feedback and suggested resubmission. After making revisions, I submitted again and received the first review result approximately one month later, which required major revisions. I then made the revisions and submitted them in about 20 days, followed by a second review which required minor revisions and took another month. The issue now is that after submitting the minor revisions, I noticed that initially two reviewers were invited but neither of them completed the review. Instead, two new reviewers were invited, and then another one accepted the invitation. So now there are three reviewers, but isn't it usually two reviewers for the third review?

Please directly compress the LaTex file into a .zip file and upload it as the source file. The revised paper marked directly on the PDF file will suffice.
