After the RRC, the editor kept dragging and did not make a decision while also inviting a bunch of reviewers. The next 3 reviewers accepted the review, with two major revisions and one minor revision. After completing the RRC, the next 3 reviewers also dragged for a month without giving any feedback. During this period, another reviewer accepted, submitted minor revisions, and after submission, dragged for another month before giving feedback. In the end, out of 6 reviewers, there were four major revisions, one minor revision, and one direct acceptance, but the editor rejected the submission. None of the reviews had any hint of rejection, just continuous delays and invitations, leading to a final rejection. Unable to understand, the editor is Bin Pan.
