I suggest sending an email to the editorial department. If I don't hear back after three months of the first review, I will contact them. The editors are quite polite. This is a problem with German editors. Reviewers also have deadlines for reviewing manuscripts, but the editors haven't followed up or pushed for a response. If you email the editorial department, it will be like playing a trump card, and they will definitely prioritize handling it.

Submitted on April 12th, reviewed on April 13th, received reviewer comments on April 27th, major revisions from three reviewers, deadline for resubmission is May 19th, resubmission with minor revisions on May 18th. Accepted on May 27th. The whole process took a month and a half, which was quite quick. The reviewers were all very responsible.
